A psychologist, a trained early years educator and most importantly a mom, I strongly believe in the importance of Sensory development and early years education. Having the kind of experiences and education that I’ve had, I realize the importance of Open Ended play in early years.

Being a 90’s kid, Play Doh was a huge part of my childhood and as I introduced Playdoh to my daughter I wanted to recreate some of my own childhood moments of playdoh with her.

Parenting in the age of screens is tough, I found myself constantly struggling to provide my daughter with open ended, creative play opportunities.

Being a fan of this revolutionary product “Play Doh”, I felt something was missing.

All market doughs that I had tried, would either stick too much or dry too quickly and being a green mom, I’ve always preferred natural products for my kids.

I began my research and experimentation to create the “best play dough ever”…

And so began my Dear Doh Journey!

We spent months experimenting on textures, scents and colours.
